Nikita Shidlovsky
CEO and lead developer at Codeboom. I am responsible for the platform architecture.
What, where and how I did it
Codeboom Platform
- Task
- Deals, documents, bugs, calls and updates lived in messengers, spreadsheets and folders, and control rested on one person's memory.
- Solution
- One system from request to signed act: deals, projects with stages, tasks, documents, invoices and a client portal. The KIRA AI agent prepares briefs, estimates and contracts.
- Role
- Team member
- Built with
- Nuxt
- PostgreSQL
- pgvector
- Prisma
- Docker
Result- 469requests and deals in the funnel
- 339 of 456bug reports fixed
- 545documents in the knowledge base
City B — "Bryansk: a journey through the centuries"
- Task
- Show archive photos and 3D models of buildings right in the street, where there is often no internet, and give tourists the materials without installing an app from a store.
- Solution
- A route of 14 stops from the MIF museum to Tolstoy Park and a tablet app: map, photos, 3D models, video. The route works offline; tourists get the materials via a QR code.
- Role
- Project lead
- Built with
- Nuxt
- PWA
- PostgreSQL
- Prisma
Result- 14stops on the route
- 104archive photos
- Offlinethe whole route is stored on the tablet
SkillsBoom
- Task
- Companies hire developers but cannot measure the key skill: how productively a person works with artificial intelligence. Classic algorithm tests do not show it.
- Solution
- A practical assessment platform: the candidate solves real tasks, and the system evaluates how they use AI in development and shows growth areas, with development tracks and individual plans.
- Role
- Project lead
- Built with
- Vue
- TypeScript
- .NET
- PostgreSQL
- Docker
Tour management system "Rusalka-Tour"
- Task

- Solution

- Role
- Project lead
- Built with
- .NET 9
- Blazor WebAssembly
- ASP.NET Core
- PostgreSQL
- SignalR
- Docker
Result- 1–5 scontract and voucher ready
- Under 1 sorder search
- Chatwith travel agencies instead of email
Foundation website with online donations
- Task
- The foundation had no modern website with convenient donations and a news feed, so supporting its projects was hard.
- Solution
- A Nuxt website: online donations, a news feed with an admin panel, two domain zones. A donor supports the foundation in a couple of clicks.
- Role
- Project lead
- Built with
- Nuxt
- Vue
- TypeScript
- PostgreSQL
